​​​​​​Primary Care Physician-Easley, SC

Department: Reports To: CMO


Provides direct patient care, family practice primary preventive and primary acute, prenatal and chronic care to patients.  This position provides primary health care to individuals and families in the field of pediatrics, geriatrics, family planning, maternity, family and others in both normal and/or high risk populations. The physician will participate in "call" coverage with other staff providers per contract and at the discretion of the supervisor. This position is based in the Easley, SC office, but will require flexibility to work in Clemson and Easley, SC locations to cover for absences and vacations.  Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish are desired.

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer    

                            

Position Summary

Coordinates risk management functions to maximally ensure that identification of risk exposure, assessment, appraisal, and loss prevention are carried out so that the institution remains safe for its patients, families, and employees. Identifies and limits legal exposures. Directly assists in the handling and defense of legal claims.
