Dr. Manju Lakra, MD

Dr. Lakra graduated from Lady Hardinge Medical College. She completed her Family Residency at Spartanburg Regional Hospital in June 2014. Dr. Lakra sees patients of all ages, her main focus is on wellness and preventative medicine for pediatric and adult patients. Some specific areas of interest are adolescent care, women's health, metabolic syndrome, diabetes management, cholesterol management, and minor office surgeries. She is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine as well as the American Academy of Family Physicians AAFP

Dr. Paul Thompson, MD

Dr. Paul E. Thompson has been a well-known, widely respected, board-certified internal medicine physician in Oconee County since 1992. He received his medical degree from Hahnemann Medical College and Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his medical internship, residency, and fellowship at King/Drew Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.  Formerly a medical consultant for Foothills Community Health Care, Dr. Thompson has now joined Foothills on a full-time basis and is accepting new adult patients.

Dr. Timothy Sanders, MD

Dr. Sanders completed his undergraduate at Campbell University.  He obtained his medical degree at The Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University.  He completed residency training at Seneca Lakes Family Medicine Residency Program in 2009.  He is certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.   

Dr. Jeffrey Nations, MD

Dr. Nations obtained his medical degree from the University of Mississippi School of Medicine in Jackson, MS. in 1992.   His residency training was completed at the Greenville hospital system in 1994.  He has practiced family medicine at Seneca Associates, Easley Baptist and Prisma Health from 1995 - 2020 and now resides here with us at Foothills Community Health Care in Easley.

Ben Williamson - DNP Family Nurse Practitioner

Ben graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice and a Masters of Science in Nursing.

He is an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  He did his undergraduate studies at Clemson University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.  

He finished his Doctor Nursing Practice residency program in Internal Medicine.  He was born and raised in the Seneca/Clemson area where he plans to provide compassionate care of the highest quality to his local community, friends, and family.

Katrina Maxwell, FNP- BC

Family Nurse Practitioner

Graduate of Clemson University in 2008 with BSN degree.  Previously worked at AnMed Health in the Intensive Care Unit. While working full time, she finished her Nurse Practitioner degree in 2013 at Clemson University with honors.  Katrina has 7 years of experience working in family practice and internal medicine, joining the Foothills staff in December of 2019.

Jill Newman, FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Jill is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and practices at our Easley, SC location.  Previously with DHEC, Jill has both women's health and family medicine experience.  

Ronande Creebsburg - NP

Ronande works primarily in our Clemson location. She, her husband and 2 children reside in Central. She received a master's degree from Clemson University from the nurse practitioner program. She comes to us from St. Francis Hospital where she worked as a nurse prior to coming to Foothills.

Kelley Shaw, LISW-CP

Behavioral Health Therapist

Kelley is certified in TF-CBT and worked for the South Carolina Department of Mental Health for 6 years with children and adolescences.  She also has experience with level 4, more intensive cases.  She is capable of individual and family therapy as well as working with special needs children.  Kelley works primarily from our Easley office but also schedules time in our Clemson location.

Lisa Richardson, LISW-CP

Behavioral Health Therapist

Lisa is a licensed clinical social worker who has been working in the field of social work for twenty five years, and she is approved as a  clinical supervisor by the Board of Social Work.  She has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work. She has worked in various medical, private, and government settings providing case management and/or management and leadership over the years. She provided fifteen years of clinical counseling with adults and youth treating anxiety, mood disorders, chronic pain, life transitions and trauma.  She is trained in EMDR which is a therapy technique designed for working with traumatic memories.  Lisa works in our Anderson office.
