Foothills Community Health Center (FCHC) is one of over 20 federally qualified community health centers in South Carolina. Community health centers are community-based, non-profit organizations that provide comprehensive, high-quality, health care in a culturally appropriate manner. From our inception in Clemson in 2008, we have expanded our reach and opened our Easley office in 2016 and Anderson in 2020.
Foothills Community Health Care provides a continuum of care for people of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. We provide services in the area of family medicine and pediatrics. We put a special focus on helping patients manage chronic disease such as diabetes and hypertension.
We accept most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare. For those patients without traditional insurance, services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on the patient’s income and family size. We accept all major credit cards and offer payment installments.
